Intsys UK is an award-winning reseller of Pegasus Accountancy Software, based in Wimbledon in South West London. We are a privately limited company and deliver a range of services such as IT Support, Training and Consultancy to our strong client base. Since being founded in 1996 we have grown to become a leading IT service provider with clients based in London, across the South East and globally via our Cloud solutions. We are entering an exciting new phase and are looking to invest in our expanding training team. As a result this is a great opportunity for someone who is innovative and confident, has strong interpersonal skills and who wants to progress their career in the IT sector.
The key function of the role will be to provide Pegasus Software training at client sites, over the web or at our London office. In time the role will include pre-sales demonstrations of the product and hosting seminars for clients and prospective clients.
Provide Pegasus product training
Talking to clients, answering their questions and helping them understand the products
Working with the sales team to provide presentations at seminars
Work with the support team to monitor certificated users
Liaise with the marketing team to keep Training documentation up to date
Administrative responsibilities whilst in the office
The candidate will have a structured in-house training programme with Pegasus accreditation courses and will become fully accredited in Pegasus Software within a year. [Please note that during the training period there will be administrative responsibilities whilst in the office.]
Desired Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Software Trainer Graduate role will be a confident, articulate and highly motivated graduate with a passion for technology and an interest in accountancy. As a key member of the Training & Consultancy team, the successful candidate will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be a clear communicator and have the ability to be able to explain a complex technical accountancy processes to any professional client.
Any previous IT or Accountancy experience will be beneficial.
