The Organisation:

Intsys UK is an award-winning reseller of Pegasus Accountancy Software, based in Wimbledon Park in South West London. We are a privately limited company and deliver a range of services such as IT Support, Training and Consultancy to our strong client base. Since being founded in 1996 we have grown to become a leading IT service provider with clients based in London, across the South East and globally via our Cloud solutions.

 

 

The Position:

The key function of the role will be to act as our main Office Administrator, working directly under our Office Manager, to fulfil tasks from monitoring emails to providing accounts assistance. A sample list of duties is below:

 

  • Managing and updating our Client and Prospect database

  • Document Management and Filing

  • Assisting with Purchase and Sales Ledger accounts, such as: petty cash transactions, inputting supplier invoices, credit control

  • Utilising our system to create work sheets, sales and purchase orders

  • Maintenance management of the Office building

  • Provide excellent customer service when on the phone or via email

 

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate for the role will have meticulous attention to detail, first-class organisational skills and excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. As a key member of the Intsys Office team, the successful candidate will have the ability to prioritise and to manage their own time and also the ability to work as part of a team. The postholder will also be required to thoroughly familiarise him/herself with our Pegasus Business IT system.

 

 

No specific experience required, but some experience within a professional environment strongly preferred.
