Opera templates design
One of our most popular services is bespoke template design. Transform your Opera documents (e.g. invoices, sales orders, purchase orders) to give a fresh look to your business.
New staff this summer? Our structured sessions will gain attendees an accreditation in Financials or Payroll at an Introductory or Intermediate level. At 15% off per session, this is a one-time offer not to be missed.
Intsys provide a range of Pegasus training courses, on-site, over the web or conveniently at our training suite in Wimbledon Park. Training is available in all Pegasus products including Opera 3, Opera II and XRL. These structured sessions follow a classroom-style syllabus and are perfect for new users. Sessions are 3 hours in duration for up to 5 users, or 3 users for XRL. The support service is accessible by designated trained users and as such we refer all new Pegasus users to our training team who will then tailor a training program to provide them with the skills necessary to utilise all the Pegasus applications. Training in this offer is provided at introductory and intermediate levels.
An Intsys UK Consultant will assess your environmental settings to ensure your Opera is functioning optimally. This service can be an on-site or remote to suit requirements.
To ensure Pegasus Opera continues to operate as designed, it is essential that environmental settings set during initial installation are maintained. These include folder permissions and virus checker exclusions which can inadvertently be modified locally and can have profound effects on the performance of Pegasus Opera. As such the support team offer a service where they can remotely connect to your system and perform maintenance tasks which can pre-empt any potential issues.
Pegasus Client Installations
Now that you have invested in new PCs it's important to ensure your Pegasus software is installed and configured correctly. Our dedicated support team can execute remote client installations at an hourly fee.
We recommend you to contact the support team each time a new workstation is acquired to ensure the software is installed correctly. This would apply to all Pegasus applications including Opera, Document Manager, XRL and On-line Filing Manager.
