You can schedule the EOY session on a different day from the upgrade. Just make sure to book the EOY session for a date after the upgrade.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your session please let us know as soon as possible. A £165 cancellation fee applies if notice is not given at least 24 hours before the appointment.
