In Pegasus Opera 3 you can save time and money by sending Remittance Advices electronically.
In order to enable your Pegasus Opera 3 software to do this, you must first ensure you have a local email application installed and working, such as Microsoft Outlook (32 bit).
The Intsys Support Team has put together a quick guide on how to get your Pegasus Opera 3 system ready for sending Remittance Advices by email.
To send Remittance Advices by email you will need to:
1. Enable the relevant suppliers for Remittance Advice processing
Purchase > Processing > Action > Options > Remittance Advice ticked
(This setting can also be applied to Supplier Profile and subsequently assigned to Supplier Records as appropriate)
