Service Description

-Clients in the Cloud: If you have an unlimited plan or haven't spent all the upgrades included in your plan for this year this upgrade will be free of charge. Otherwise you will be charged a reduced fee of £75. -Clients not in the Cloud The installation will be charged as usual by the hour. Rate (£180/£165) Slots are defined in 1-hour periods, although charges will be adjusted to the real-time spent. Where more time is required this will automatically be assigned and there will be no need for you to book additional slots. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your upgrade please let us know as soon as possible. £180 cancellation fee would apply if notice is not given at least 24 hours before the appointment
